Bella Dameron is a senior at Rose, and this is her fifth semester taking Journalism. Bella started off as a staff writer for sports and has been a features editor for 3 semesters now. Her favorite stories to write are those that highlight people at Rose, who may not always be recognized, by making sure their stories and contributions are shared. Bella loves being around people and working together as a team towards each publication of the paper, and hopes to improve her leadership skills while learning how to enhance the Spread in every issue. She enjoys the family environment that Rampant Lines brings to the classroom. At Rose, she loves playing tennis and staying involved at school in clubs such as FCA, SGA, EC Committee, FBLA, Link Crew, and Dream Team. Her favorite things to do outside of school are to spend weekends at the beach, surf, and spend time with her friends. Bella’s future plans include pursuing a degree in business marketing and photography at either ECU, Duke, or UNCW. Bella is excited for her final year of Journalism and cannot wait to make more memories!
